This bowl of goodness is nutritious and healthy! It is so quick to make and packed with beautiful flavours!
Soba Noodles 160g
A few gyoza of your choice
600ml vegetable stock
1tbsp miso paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 red chilli, sliced
4 spring onion, finely sliced
2 small pack choi, leaves separated
1 carrot, sliced
Chilli oil (optional)
Mix the miso paste with 600ml vegetable stock and and the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil and bring to a simmer. Steam the gyoza as per instruction on the pack.
In a bowl, pour the broth, add the noodles and sprinkle some chilli, spring onion and sesame seeds to serve.
