Smoked Salmon Canapés With Cream Cheese
These canapés are perfect for dinner parties and serving at Christmas time and can be ready in just 15 minutes. For the filling I have used crème fraîche, cream cheese (french sea salt), parsley, shallots, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1 pack of Peter’s Yard sourdough crackers
- 1 tub of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 lemon zest and 1/2 lemon juice
- Parsley finely chopped
- Some sprigs of dill for garnishing
- freshly milled black pepper to season
