Smoked Salmon Canapés With Cream Cheese

These canapés are perfect for dinner parties and serving at Christmas time and can be ready in just 15 minutes. For the filling I have used crème fraîche, cream cheese (french sea salt), parsley, shallots, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of Peter’s Yard sourdough crackers 
  • 1 tub of cream cheese 
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon zest and 1/2 lemon juice
  • Parsley finely chopped
  • Some sprigs of dill for garnishing
  • freshly milled black pepper to season
