This is such a comforting dish which is perfect for colder days. I usually use nduja paste for this recipe but I was kindly gifted a nduja sausage so I used a fresh one and it was full of flavours (*Ad/Pr). This is another great recipe you could make it in advance and reheat it later on.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, skinless
- 80g nduja sausage or 1-2 tbsp of nduja paste
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tin of tomatoes
- 1 red pepper, sliced
