No Bake Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake – Easy, rich and decadent cheesecake with a Lotus Biscuit base, creamy Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and Lotus Biscoff spread, elegant dessert for any special occasion!
INGREDIENTS
- 24-26 Lotus biscuits crushed
- 1/2 cup lotus biscoff spread
- 1 pack whipping cream(200ml)
- 150gms cream cheese
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 6-8 tbsp melted butter
- Pan 8×8 inch (or of your choice)
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush Lotus biscuits and mix with butter. Take a pan,line it with foil/parchment paper, set the biscuit layer by pressing and refrigerate it for 20-30 mins.
In a bowl beat whipping cream till soft peaks are formed and is doubled in volume. Then add cream cheese and beat, add condensed milk and mix, then add Lotus spread and beat again.
Pour this creamy lotus mixture on the biscuit base and spread evenly. Melt some Lotus spread for 20 seconds,put on top and make swirls. Freeze for 3-4 and that’s itttt.Cut into bars or serve as it is.
