These chewy Coconut bars are so easy to make and are just perfect for your holiday baking fun.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 cups dessicated coconut
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tin evaporated milk(200ml)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 table spoon brown sugar
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 190c
In a bowl mix together evaporated milk, egg, and sugar, until smooth and well combined, then add coconut & flour,baking powder,mix well .
Grease and line an 8 inch square pan, pour the mixture,top it with some more coconut, and bake for 30 minutes until the top turns golden.That’s it,Let it cool for 15 min, then cut and enjoy .
