Crispy chicken fillets, topped with white sauce, cheese and olives. Simply divine combo right
INGREDIENTS
For chicken
- 500 gms boneless chicken fillets(around 4-5 pieces)
- 2 cups bread crumbs(with 1/2 tsp oregano)
- 2 eggs beaten(with pinch salt n pepper)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp tikka masala
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Mozarella cheese( for topping)
- Olives( for garnish)
- Capsicum (for garnish)
- Oil for frying
White sauce
- 2 tbsp butter,
- 1 tsp garlic paste,
- 2 tbsp flour,
- 2 cups milk,
- with half chicken cube,
- 1/2tsp black pepper,
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate chicken with all the mentioned spices. Dip the fillets in egg,coat nicely with breadcrumbs, shallow fry 6-8 mins each side, till golden n crispy.
Now put some cheese, add hot white sauce, top it with olives & capsicum and Enjoyyy
