Super easy and delicious fish fry ready in no time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gms fish fillets( I took bassa fish, you can take any)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp gingergarlic paste
  • 1 cup besan(chickpea flour)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 n half tbsp shan Lahori fish masala (gives a great taste)
  • Water( to make batter)
  • Oil for frying.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all the above mentioned spices, then gradually add water and make thick batter(dont add alot of water, else it will become runny and will not stick to the fish)

Coat the fish Generously with the batter, then deep fry or shallow fry it at medium low heat until golden brown and crispy.(takes 8-10 mins)

That’s itsss. ENJOYY with some naan roti chawal, imli chutney , green chutney
