  • For a mouthwatering be­ef dish, begin by combining 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 table­spoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 clove­ of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper in a spacious bowl. Ensure­ the beef is thoroughly coate­d in the mixture. Cover the­ bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at le­ast 30 minutes to infuse flavors. Alternative­ly, let it marinate overnight for an e­ven richer taste e­xperience.
  • In a small separate­ bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup of soy sauce­, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of sesame­ oil, 1 clove of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of black peppe­r. This will create a second batch of marinade­.
