- ½ pound bulk pork sausage
- 12 eggs
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
