  • 4 slices of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • Leftover cocktail sausages or pigs in blankets diced
  • 2 mini tomatoes halved
  • Leftover cheese crumbled or grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (160°C fan, 175°C regular).
