  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups shredded American cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Apply a light coating of grease to 12 muffin tins.
  • Cut the bread into circular shapes and arrange them at the base of the muffin trays. Ensure that the onion and shredded cheese are evenly spread among the muffin trays.
  • Combine milk, eggs, mustard, and pepper in a medium bowl and distribute the mixture evenly among the muffin tins.
