This recipe is easy and budget friendly and delicious. I used prawns but chicken or salmon would work really well too. Have you tried sriracha sauce?
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 red peppers, finely sliced
- 1 green pepper, finely sliced
- 200g medium egg noodles
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Mix the soy sauce, sriracha, sugar and water. Set aside. Cook the noodles as per instructions on the pack.
Sautée the garlic, peppers for 6 minutes.
Add the prawns and the sauce to the pépettes and cook for 6 minutes until they are fully cooked. Toss the noodles and serve. I sprinkled some sesame seeds and spring onion before serving.
