Notes on Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter: The secret to extra chewy cookies, make sure to use creamy peanut butter. Feel free to adjust based on your preference—more peanut butter for richer cookies or more oats for a heartier bite.
  • Oats: Old-fashioned rolled oats work best here, giving the cookies their signature chewiness and texture.
  • Peanut M&Ms: A must for that classic Monster Cookie flair. Add a few M&Ms on top before baking for a colorful touch.
  • Corn Syrup: This ingredient helps with moisture, making the cookies extra soft.
  • Chocolate Chips: Use semi-sweet for balance, but feel free to substitute with milk or dark chocolate if preferred.

How to Make Monster Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
