This stew is perfect for cold weather, there are very few ingredients which make it so simple to make. I used lamb neck fillet is a cheap cut which becomes so tender when slow cooked. If you don’t fancy lamb you could substitute for beef or chicken. I served mine with cauliflower and broccoli rice.

- 900g neck of lamb
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp harissa powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tin of tomato
- 200ml lamb stock
