I love bruschetta they are tasty, fresh and so quick to make! I used baked feta which is so soft and light! I made mine cold as it was a hot day but they are also delicious hot on a cold day.
Ingredients
- 1 block of feta
- 6-8 slices of sourdough bread
- 600g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
