Sweet potato bread

Ingredients :
- 1 baked sweet potato (mashed)
- 3 cups organic, all purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- Pinch of salt ~
- Extra flour
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk
Method:
- Slightly warm up milk and add vegan butter, sugar, salt and yeast to it.
- Stir milk mix into flour and mashed sweet potato, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Add small amounts of flour if dough is too sticky after a few minutes of kneading.
- Alternatively you can use a kitchen machine or a food processor with dough blades!
- Put dough in a bowl, cover and let it rest in a warm spot to rise for a couple hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Punch down dough and form a loaf. Score the bread (cut it along the top), brush it with almond milk and bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy ♥️ ~
- Makes a medium sized sweet loaf, soft on the inside, nice crust on the outside!
