- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Then, grease and flour a baking pan measuring 9x13 inches.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add in the oil and eggs and mix until just combined. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.
