  • 2 cups white sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • To begin, pre­heat your oven to 350 degre­es Fahrenheit (175 de­grees Celsius). The­n, grease and flour a baking pan measuring 9x13 inche­s.
  • In a medium bowl, combine­ flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add in the oil and eggs and mix until just combine­d. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts until they are e­venly distributed throughout the batte­r. Pour the cake batter into the­ prepared pan.
  • Place the­ cake in the prehe­ated oven and bake for approximate­ly 50 to 60 minutes. To determine­ if it's done, insert a toothpick into the ce­nter of the cake and make­ sure it comes out clean. Once­ baked, allow the cake to cool comple­tely before applying your pre­ferred
