Whole Baked Sea Bream With Thyme, Lemon And Garlic

Whole fish is very easy to cook, delicious and moist packed with extra flavours. I used lemon thyme, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Here is how I made it:
Ingredients
2 seabream
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
A few sprigs of lemon thyme
Salt
3 courgette, ribbons
3 tomato, halves
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil, I used extra virgin oil
