Ingredients:
Marinate the shrimp:
- defrost 2 cups of key west shrimp
- marinate with 1 1/4 tbsp olive
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp parsley seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 shallot minced
Make the pasta:
- 1 box of pasta
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup parm or dairy free mozzarella alternative
- 2 tsp chili flakes
Method:
Marinate the shrimp:
-defrost 2 cups of key west shrimp
-marinate with 1 1/4 tbsp olive
-1 tsp paprika
-1 1/2 tsp salt

-1 tsp parsley seasoning

-mix & store in the fridge for 30 mins – until you make your dinner
Make the pasta:
bring your pot of water to a boil
toss in a whole box of pasta
let the pasta boil for 7-9 mins depending on how al dente you like your pasta
In the meantime, once your timer hits 3 mins remaining for the pasta, place the marinated shrimp into a pan and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 mins.
drain the pasta and toss it into the same as the shrimp, mix, mix, mix
toss in the pan 2 cups of arugula remember it will wilt once it’s mixed in
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 lemon juiced
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1/2 cup parm or dairy free mozzarella alternative
-2 tsp chili flakes
