Prawn Linguine With Cherry Tomatoes

This recipe doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes it is one of my absolutely favourite to make! Here is how I made it:
Ingredients
- 400g linguine
- 600g Raw Shell On Jumbo King Prawns, remove shells & devein
- 1 green and red chillies (optional)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 large spoon of pasta water
- Handful of chopped parsley
- Parmesan, grated
- I used lemon and thyme salt
Instructions
Cook the pasta as per instruction on the pack. **keep some of the pasta water to make the sauce. Sauté the garlic and chillies (optional) season and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes, add the prawns and cook for another 6-8 mins until the prawns are cooked.
