It is one of my favourite go to meal, I love it because it is so quick and healthy but it feels like a real treat. It is packed with veggies and minced pork in sesame and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g lean pork mince
- 350g egg noodles
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 red and green chilli, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 spring onions
