Then, pour a generous amount of olive oil into the cooker and heat it until it reaches a hot temperature. Next, carefully add the carrots, celery, and onion into the hot oil and begin to cook and stir them until they become tender. This process usually takes around 4 to 5 minutes, but keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t overcook. After the vegetables have reached the desired tenderness, it’s time to season them.
