Crab Linguine With Garlic And Chilli

This is one of my favourite meal, it is quick and so delicious! I use canned crab meat as it is not always easy to source fresh crab and it is also a cheaper option! I like to keep this dish really simple, I made a light sauce by using some of the pasta water and lemon juice. Wine and or cream are great additions too.
Ingredients
- 200g linguine
- 2 jumbo crab meat
- 2 red and green chillies, deseeded and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- A few cherry tomatoes
- some pasta water
- Lemon juice
- Salt Fresh & Zesty
- Parmesan
- Rocket for garnishing
