Here is another quick and really healthy recipe. It is packed with veggies and beef in sesame and soy sauce. You could serve it with noodles or rice or on its own!
Ingredients
400g fillet or sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
2-3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 carrot, ribboned
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
100g Tenderstem broccoli
100g sugar snap peas
1 long red ans green chilli, thinly sliced
5 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp groundnut oil
Sesame seed to garnish
