I hope you are enjoying this lovely weather! I love al fresco dinners, this recipe is so simple and delicious all you need is a block of feta, some cherry tomatoes, herbs, garlic and olive oil! This is lovely hot or cold, with pasta or bread!!
Ingredients
- 1 block of feta
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a fan oven (185c), bake the cherry tomatoes for 10 mins (if you want to serve it with pasta bake for another 10-15 mins) add the feta block and bake for 20-25mins. I served mine with toasted white sourdough bread. Enjoy!
