These nuggets are such a hit. So so close to what you get at Mcdonald’s, sach may You should definitely give these a try. They can be kept frozen in a ziplock for upto a month.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600gms chicken mince(very fine)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Pinch oregano

▪️For Dry Flour mix

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • ▪️For wet batter
  • Pinch baking soda
  • 1 cup or more Cold water
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together chicken mince with the mentioned spices, shape into nuggets, coat with dry flour mix and set in freezer for 15 mins.

Then add baking soda, cold water, and egg into the dry flour mix and make a thin wet batter, coat nuggets, and fry 3-5 min each side till golden brown.
